It's my first Thankful Thursday! I am actually really excited about participating. I can always use a push to remind me to be more thankful for things...so here goes...
- I am thankful school ended yesterday. Not because I go to school, but I deal with the insane traffic during the school year, and it is nice to have a reprieve.
- I am thankful for little hands that desire mommy's touch every now and then.
- I am thankful for my lap too, since Boo likes sitting in it often.
- I am thankful for incredible bloggy friends - you know the ones...the ones you ask the Lord to have their mansion built next to yours! hee hee
- I am thankful for my husband and how the Lord uses him in my life.
- I am thankful for worship - it's one of the clearer moments of my day. Blessed be Your Name!
- I am thankful for vacation - it's just about 3 weeks away and Boo and Papaw are counting down.
I hope that you are being blessed by our Lord today.

I just found your blog from the Thankful Thursday list...and wanted to introduce myself. I loved reading your list, especially #2...that is so sweet and so very true. I hope the rest of your week is just as blessed! It's nice meeting you!
I am thankful for you and for your prayers this week. A word you said earlier in the week piecred my heart because it was something I needed to hear. "Grace filled eyes" I need to get them back, I am still in the process and the Lord and I are working on it together. Thank you my friend
Welcome to thankful thursday, I really enjoyed reading your list.
Your list made me smile. Thanks for sharing. Little hands are precious and they grow up too fast! I LOVE worship also. Have a blessed weekend!
Ah - vacations sounds so great right now, but have to wait until fall *sigh*.
I agree with the traffic--it is so much lighter during the summer months. We have to wait another week though.
Thank you so much for sharing your thankfulness with us this week-welcome :)
Be blessed today and always.
Thank you for sharing your list with us all. I will get to experience #1 this fall with my oldest who starts Kindergarten. I might have to "borrow" that one come this time next year. (LOL)
Have a blessed day!
Karen
Welcome to "Thankful Thursdays" is a special thing to stop and make a grateful list each week. Its even better that you can go back and reread and put things into perspective later.
I vote for a PJ party with all bloggers in our heaven mansion!
Blessings,
Robin

Hi Karen!
Welcome to Thankful Thursday! I still haven't gotten around to everybody, but I happened to see your comment over at Lyndy's blog. I saw that you are in Suwannee. We live in Baldwin! Maybe an hour or so.
I'll be back to read more later. Have a blessed weekend!
I love your list. Won't it be great to have our mansions in travelling distance from friends? I love that one!
My kids don't get out of school until the end of June :( I can't wait as I'm travelling three times a day right now. I need the rest too.
Hi Karen! I'm a little late reading thankfuls! lol
I love your list and AMEN to school being over! That's great that you're going on vacation in three weeks! We're hanging out and taking small trips this summer---still waiting to find out when we go to China.
Blessings~
